English translation
1 - If the debt is deferred, the debtor may pay it before it falls due if the term is exclusively for his benefit, and the creditor may not refuse payment. 2 - If the debtor pays the debt before it falls due, and what was received is subsequently adjudged to belong to a third party, the debt shall again be deferred as it was before.

١ - إذا كان الدين مؤجلا , فللمدين أن يوفيه قبل حلول أجله إذا كان هذا الأجل
متمحضـا لمصلحته , ولا يجوز للدائن أن يرفض الوفاء.
٢ - وإذا قضى المدين الدين قبل حلول الأجل , ثم استحق المقبوض عاد الدين
