Article 412 of Civil Code

1 - Performance shall take place at the debtor's domicile and may also take place at his place of business if the obligation relates to that business. 2 - Nevertheless, performance by delivery of a specifically identified thing shall take place where it was located when the obligation arose. 3 - All the foregoing shall apply unless the agreement, the law, or the nature of the obligation provides otherwise.
