Article 672 of Civil Code

Once the contractor has completed the work, placed it at the disposal of the employer, and notified him thereof, it shall be incumbent Law Index 1030 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD Promulgating the Civil Code upon the employer to proceed to take delivery of it in accordance with customary dealings. If he refuses without a lawful reason, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place.
