The employer may not invoke the rights established by the preceding Article if he caused the defect, whether by issuing orders contrary to the contractor's opinion or in any other manner.

المتسبب في إحداث العيب, سواء أكان ذلك بإصدار أوامر تخالف رأي المقاول, أم
