English translation
1 - If a premium is not paid on its due date, the insurer may serve formal notice on the insured by registered letter of the obligation to pay the premium and the consequences of delay in payment. 2 - Formal notice shall interrupt the period prescribed for barring the hearing of an action claiming the premium.

١ - إذا لم يدفع أحد الأقساط في ميعاد استحقاقه, جاز للمؤمن أن يعذر المؤمـن لـه
بكتاب موصى عليه, بوجوب أداء القسط وبالنتائج المترتبة على التأخر في الوفاء.
