English translation
Upon materialization of the insured risk or the arrival of the term specified in the contract, the insurer shall pay the sum insured that is due within thirty days from the day on which the entitled person submits the information and documents necessary to verify his entitlement.

يلتزم المؤمن, عند تحقق الخطر المؤمن منه أو عند حلول الأجل المحدد في العقد
بأداء مبلغ التأمين المستحق خلال ثلاثين يوما من اليوم الذي يقدم فيه صاحب
