English translation
1 - Insurance premiums, other than the first premium, shall be paid at the insured's domicile. 2 - Nevertheless, the premium shall be payable at the insurer's domicile if the insured delays its payment after being formally notified. - All of the foregoing applies unless otherwise agreed.

١ - تؤدي أقساط التأمين فيما عدا القسط الأول في موطن المؤمن له.
٢ - ومع ذلك يكون القسط واجب الأداء في موطن المؤمن, إذا تأخر المؤمن له في
دفعه بعد إعذاره.
