English translation
1 - The first insurance premium shall fall due at the time the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed. 2 - An insurer who has delivered the insurance policy before payment of the first premium may not rely on any provision of that policy deferring the contract’s taking effect until after payment of that premium. 3 - Each subsequent premium shall fall due at the beginning of each insurance period, unless otherwise agreed. The insurance period means the period for which the premium is calculated. In case of doubt, the insurance period shall be deemed to be one year.

١ - يستحق القسط الأول من أقساط التأمين وقت إتمام العقد, ما لم يتفق على غير
ذلك.
٢ - ولا يجوز للمؤمن الذي سلم وثيقة التأمين قبل أداء القسط الأول أن يتمسك بما
قد تنص عليه هذه الوثيقة من إرجاء سريان العقد إلى ما بعد أداء هذا القسط .
٣- ويستحق كل قسط من الأقساط التالية عند بداية كل فترة من فترات التأمين,
ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك, ويقصد بفترة التأمين المدة التي يحسب عنها القسط, وفي
