The insurance contract shall remain in force without an increase in consideration if the risk occurs or the likelihood of its occurrence increases: 1 - As a result of an act intended to protect the insurer's interest. 2 - Or as a result of acts performed in compliance with a humanitarian duty or in pursuit of the public interest.

يبقى عقد التأمين ساريا دون زيادة في المقابل, إذا تحقق الخطر أو زاد احتمال وقوعه:
١- نتيجة عمل قصد به حماية مصلحة المؤمن.
