English translation
A party to partition shall be deemed the sole owner of the separate share allocated to him in the partition. His ownership thereof shall be free of every right created by another co-owner, unless the right was established by the unanimous agreement of the co-owners or by their majority in accordance with the law.

ملكيته له خالصة من كل حق رتبه غيره من الشركاء ما لم يكن الحق قد تقرر
