English translation
1 - Either the seller or the buyer may serve an official notice on the pre-emptor informing him of the sale. 2 - The notice must contain the following particulars, otherwise it shall be void: a) The name, surname, and domicile of both the seller and the buyer. b) An adequate description of the thing sold. c) A statement of the price and terms of sale.

١ - لأي من البائع والمشتري أن يوجه للشفيع إنذارا رسميا يعلمه فيه بالبيع.
٢ - ويجب أن يشتمل الإنذار على البيانات الآتية وإلا كان باطلا :
أ) اسم كل من البائع والمشتري ولقبه وموطنه.
ب) بيان المبيع بيانا كافيا.
