English translation
The pre-emptor must bring the pre-emption action against both the seller and the purchaser within thirty days from the date of notification of his wish, after depositing with the treasury of the Enforcement Department the entire actual price at which the sale took place; otherwise, his right shall lapse.

يجب على الشفيع أن يرفع الدعوى بالشفعة على كل من البائع والمشتري خلال ثلاثين
يوما من تاريخ إعلان رغبته، وذلك بعد أن يودع خزانة إدارة التنفيذ كل الثمن
