English translation
The owner of buildings standing on another's land may mortgage them. In that case, the mortgage creditor shall have a right of priority in satisfying the debt out of the price of the debris if the buildings are demolished, and out of the compensation paid by the landowner if he retains the buildings.

يجوز لمالك المباني القائمة على أرض الغير أن يرهنها رهنا رسميا، وفي هذه الحالة
يكون للدائن المرتهن حق التقدم في استيفاء الدين من ثمن الأنقاض إذا هدمت
