English translation
A mortgage granted by all the owners of an immovable property held in common shall remain effective, whatever the outcome of partition of the property or its sale because partition is impossible.

يبقى نافذا الرهن الصادر من جميع الملاك لعقار شائع، أيا كانت النتيجة التي تترتب
