English translation
Every part of the mortgaged immovable property or properties secures the whole debt, and every part of the debt is secured by all the mortgaged immovable property or properties, unless the law provides or the agreement stipulates otherwise.

كل جزء من العقار أو العقارات المرهونة ضامن لكل الدين وكل جزء من الدين
مضمون بالعقار أو العقارات المرهونة كلها، ما لم ينص القانون أو يقض الاتفاق
