English translation
A mortgage granted by an owner whose title has been declared annulled, rescinded or extinguished for any other reason shall remain effective in favour of the mortgage creditor if that creditor was in good faith at the time the mortgage was concluded.

يبقى قائما لمصلحة الدائن المرتهن الرهن الصادر من المالك الذي تقرر إبطال سند
ملكيته أو فسخه أو زواله لأي سبب آخر ، إذا كان هذا الدائن حسن النية في الوقت
