English translation
The entry shall lapse if it is not renewed within ten years from the date it was made. The creditor may, however, make a new entry if legally possible, whose rank shall date from the time it is made. يسقط القيد إذا لم يجدد خلال عشر سنوات من تاريخ إجرائه. على أن للدائن أن
يجري قيدا جديدا إن أمكن ذلك قانونا تكون مرتبته من وقت إجرائه. وكل تجديد
