English translation
If the Assembly adopts a provision in an article that would entail amending an article it has previously approved, it may return to discussion of that article. The Assembly may likewise, at the request of the Government, the committee or a member, decide to reopen discussion of an article previously adopted if new reasons are presented for doing so, before deliberation on the bill has ended.

إذا قرر المجلس حكما في إحدى المواد من شأنه إجراء تعديل في مادة سبق أن وافق
عليها، فله أن يعود إلى مناقشة تلك المادة، وكذلك يجوز للمجلس - بناء على طلب
الحكومة أو اللجنة أو أحد الأعضاء - أن يقرر إعادة المناقشة في مادة سبق تقريرها
