Article 25 of Law of Evidence

If a litigant submits a document to rely upon as evidence in the action, he may not withdraw it without his opponent's consent except with written permission from the judge or the presiding judge of the circuit, after a copy of it has been retained in the case file and endorsed by the Registry as conforming to the original.
