English translation
If criminal proceedings are brought against a minor, the court or the investigator must order his guardian, his testamentary guardian, or the person caring for him to appear with him in all proceedings to assist him in defending himself, and it may, where necessary, appoint a guardian ad litem for him.

إذا رفعت الدعوى الجزائية على الصغير، وجب على المحكمة او المحقق ان تأمر وليه
او وصيه او من يقوم برعايته بالحضور معه في جميع الاجراءات ليساعده في الدفاع
