English translation
The court may permit the prosecutor to amend the charge sheet at any time, provided that this is done in the presence of the accused or that he is served notice thereof. The accused must be given sufficient opportunity to prepare his defence concerning this amendment in accordance with the provisions of the following article.

للمحكمة أن تأذن للمدعي في أن يدخل تعديلا في صحيفة الاتهام في أي وقت،
بشرط أن يكون ذلك في مواجهة المتهم أو بإعلانه به . ويجب أن يعطي المتهم فرصة
