English translation
Court hearings shall be public. By way of exception, the court may hear a case in a closed hearing if this is necessary for the truth to emerge or out of regard for public order and public morals. Judgment shall always be pronounced in a public hearing.

جلسات المحاكم علنية، ويجوز للمحكمة استثناء أن تنظر قضية في جلسة سرية إذا
كان ذلك ضروريا لظهور الحقيقة أو مراعاة للنظام العام والآداب العامة. ويكون
