Article 137 of Code of Criminal Procedure and Trials

A clerk shall attend the court hearings and shall prepare the minutes of the hearing under the supervision of the presiding judge. The minutes shall state the names of the judges constituting the court panel, the place where the hearing is held, the date and time of the hearing, the parties present and their representatives, all procedures conducted at the hearing, the testimony heard therein, the parties’ statements and requests, and a summary of their pleadings. The presiding judge and the clerk shall sign the minutes.
