English translation
If a crime other than the crimes prescribed in the two preceding Articles occurs at the hearing, the court may, if it does not consider referring the case to the authority competent to investigate, charge the person who committed it, order his arrest or detention, investigate the incident and hear witnesses, and then order the referral of the accused, released subject to an undertaking to appear with or without security, or under arrest, or detained, as the case may be, together with the record it prepared, to the court competent to try him, or to the same court if it has jurisdiction, but at another hearing.

إذا وقعت في الجلسة جريمة غير الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين السابقتين،
فللمحكمة إذا لم تر إحالة القضية إلى الجهة المختصة بالتحقيق أن توجه التهمة إلى
من ارتكبها، وأن تأمر بالقبض عليه أو حبسه ، وان تحقق الحادث وتسمع الشهود،
ثم تامر بإحالة المتهم ، مفرجا عنه مع تعهد بالحضور بضمان أو بدون ضمان، أو
مقبوضا عليه، أو محبوسا على حسب الأحوال، ومعه المحضر الذي حررته، إلى
المحكمة المختصة بمحاكمته، أو إلى نفس المحكمة إذا كانت هي المختصة ولكن في
