English translation
The court may at any time order any person to appear before it, whether accused or not accused, if the interests of the investigation so require. It may order the arrest and production of the accused if it finds that the circumstances of the case require this. If a witness fails to appear despite having been formally summoned to appear at an appropriate time, without presenting an acceptable excuse, the court may order that he be brought before it.

للمحكمة في أي وقت أن تأمر بحضور أي شخص أمامها، سواء كان متهما أو غير
متهم، إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق ذلك، ولها أن تأمر بالقبض على المتهم وإحضاره
إذا وجدت أن ظروف القضية تستلزم ذلك.
وإذا تخلف الشاهد عن الحضور رغم تكليفه رسميا بالحضور في موعد مناسب،
