English translation
The parties and their representatives shall always have the right to attend trial hearings, even if held in camera. None of them may be removed unless he does something considered to impair the dignity of the court or the order of the hearing, or to obstruct the proceedings. A party's exclusion from the hearing must not last longer than necessity requires.

للخصوم ووكلائهم حق حضور جلسات المحاكمة دائما ولو كانت سرية، ولا يجوز
إخراج أحد منهم إلا إذا صدر منـه مـا يعتبر إخلالا بهيبة المحكمة أو نظام الجلسة
أو تعطيلا للإجراءات، ويجب إلا يطول إبعاد الخصم عن الجلسة مدة تزيد على مـا
