English translation
Maintaining order at and managing the hearing are entrusted to its presiding judge. He may remove from the courtroom anyone who disrupts its order or whose presence causes any harm to the trial or investigation procedures. If that person does not comply, the court may immediately sentence him to imprisonment for twenty-four hours or a fine of 1.5 dinars, and its judgment to that effect shall not be appealable. The court may immediately sentence anyone who refuses to carry out its orders to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one week or a fine not exceeding 7.5 dinars. The court may, until the end of the hearing, revoke the judgment it issued pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs if the accused offers it his apology and does what was requested of him.

ضبط الجلسة وإدارتها منوطان برئيسها، وله أن يخرج من قاعة الجلسة من يخل
بنظامها أو يترتب على وجوده أي ضرر لإجراءات المحاكمة أو التحقيق.
فان لم يمتثل، كان للمحكمة أن تقضي على الفور بحبسه أربعا وعشرين ساعة أو
بتغريمه ١,٥ دينار، ويكون حكمها بذلك غير جائز الاستئناف.
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تقضي فورا على كل من امتنع عن تنفيذ أوامرها بالحبس مدة
لا تزيد على أسبوع أو بغرامة لا تزيد على ٧,٥ دينار.
وللمحكمة، إلى ما قبل انتهاء الجلسة، أن ترجع عن الحكم الذي أصدرته بناء على
