English translation
Misdemeanor cases connected with felony cases pending before the Criminal Court shall be referred to it. If it considers that the interests of justice require consideration of the misdemeanor case, it shall decide both cases together; otherwise, it shall refer the misdemeanor case to the Misdemeanor Court.

ترفع إلى محكمة الجنايات قضايا الجنح المرتبطة بقضايا الجنايات المنظورة أمامها،
فإذا رأت أن مصلحة العدالة تستوجب نظر قضية الجنحة فصلت في القضيتين معا،
