English translation
If it becomes apparent that the accused who was promised a pardon deliberately concealed certain important facts, made statements he knew to be false, or attempted to mislead justice in any manner, the pardon shall be deemed void. In this case, the statements made by the accused on the basis of the promise of a pardon shall be taken as evidence against him.

إذا تبين أن المتهم الذي وعد بالعفو أخفي عمدا بعض الحقائق الهامة، أو أدلى ببيانات
يعلم أنها كاذبة، أو حاول تضليل العدالة بأي وجه من الوجوه، اعتبر العفو لاغياً،
وفي هذه الحالة تؤخذ أقوال المتهم التي صدرت منه ، بناء على الوعد بالعفو، حجة
