English translation
The accused and the other parties may at any time request that any witnesses they deem appropriate be heard, and request that a particular investigative procedure be undertaken. The court shall grant this request if it considers it beneficial to the investigation, and may reject the request if it finds that its purpose is delay, malice, or deception, or that granting it would serve no purpose.

للمتهم ولغيره من الخصوم في كل وقت ان يطلب سماع من يرى من الشهود، وأن
يطلب القيام بإجراء معين من إجراءات التحقيق. وتجيب المحكمة هذا الطلب
إذا رأت ان فيه قائدة للتحقيق، ولها أن ترفض الطلب إذا وجدت أن الغرض منه
المماطلة أو الكيد أو التضليل أو أه لا فائدة من إجابته إليه.Ask about this article
