English translation
The court may, of its own motion, summon any witness whose statements it considers necessary to hear or whom it considers necessary to question again. It may also hear any person present or any witness who attends of his own accord if it finds that doing so serves the interests of the investigation.

للمحكمة من تلقاء نفسها أن تعلن أي شاهد ترى ضرورة لسماع أقواله أو تـرى
لزوم إعادة سؤاله، كما أن لها ان تسمع أي شخص حاضر أو أي شاهد يحضر من
