English translation
If the court finds it necessary to proceed to the place where the offence was committed or to any other place to conduct an inspection, hear a witness unable to attend, or perform any other investigative act, it may order this and enable the parties to accompany it on that visit. Alternatively, it may assign one of its members or an investigator to carry out this procedure on the conditions it specifies, and rely on the record he prepares. The procedures of that judge or investigator shall be governed by the rules applicable to the court's proceedings.

للمحكمة، إذا وجدت ضرورة للانتقال إلى المكان الذي ارتكبت فيه الجريمة أو إلى
أي مكان آخر لإجراء معاينة، أو لسماع شاهد لا يستطيع الحضور، أو للقيام بأي
عمل آخر من أعمال التحقيق، ان تأمر بذلك، وان تمكن الخصوم من الحضور معها
في هذا الانتقال.
ولها، بدلا من ذلك، ان تكلف أحد أعضائها أو أحد المحققين بالقيام بهذا الإجراء
بالشروط التي تعينها، وتعتمد على المحضر الذي يحرره. وتسري على إجراءات هذا
