English translation
The time limit for appeal shall be thirty days from the date of pronouncement of the judgment if it was rendered in the presence of the accused or on opposition, and from the date on which it becomes no longer subject to opposition if rendered in absentia.

ميعــاد الاســتئناف ثلاثــون يومــا مــن تاريــخ النطــق بالحكــم إذا كان الحكــم حضوريــا أو
