Judgments issued in civil actions by criminal courts may be appealed if they would have been appealable had they been issued by civil courts. Or if they have been appealed consequentially upon an appeal against the judgment issued in the criminal action. )2(

الأحــكام الصــادرة في الدعــاوى المدنيــة مــن المحاكــم الجزائيــة يجــوز اســتئنافها إذا كانــت
