English translation
An appeal shall be lodged by a petition submitted to the registry of the court that rendered the judgment, and the petition shall be signed by the appealing party or his representative. If the accused is imprisoned, he shall submit his appeal through the prison warden. The appeal petition shall include a full statement of the judgment appealed against, the case in which it was rendered, the capacity of the appellant and the respondent, the grounds relied upon by the appellant, and the relief he seeks.

يرفع الاستئناف بعريضة تقدم لقلم كتاب المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم، ويوقع
على العريضة الخصم المستأنف أو من ينوب عنه. وإذا كان المتهم محبوسا، فـانـه يـقـدم
استئنافه بوساطة مأمور السجن.
وتشمل عريضة الاستئناف بيانا كاملا بالحكم المستأنف، والدعوى التي صدر
بشأنها، وصفة المستأنف والمستأنف ضده، والأسباب التي يستند إليها المستأنف،
