Inquiry reports drawn up by police officers must be presented to the Public Prosecution or police investigators, as the case may be, for action and handling. They must ensure that the reports are complete. These reports shall have no evidentiary authority before the judiciary.

محــاضر التحــري التــي يحررهــا رجــال الشرطــة يجب عرضهــا على النيابــة العامــة او محققي
الشرطــة بحســب الاحــوال للــتصرف فيهــا ومباشرتها وعلى هــؤلاء التأكد من اســتيفائها.
