English translation
Arrest is the apprehension of a person and bringing him, even forcibly, before the court or the investigator n pursuant to an order issued thereby, or without an order in the cases prescribed by law. A lawful arrest order must be in writing and shall confer upon the person to whom it is addressed the power to arrest whenever it is valid and in accordance with the law. An oral order, however, may not be executed except in the presence of the person issuing the order and under his responsibility.

القبض هو ضبط الشخص واحضاره، ولو جبرا، امام المحكمة او المحقق ن
بموجب امر صادر منه، او بغير امر في الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون. الامر
القانوني بالقبض يجب ان يكون كتابة ، ويخول لمن وجه اليه سلطة القبض متى
كان صحيحا موافقا للقانون. اما الامر الشفوي فلا يجوز تنفيذه الا بحضور الأمر
