Article 50 of Code of Criminal Procedure and Trials

The person executing an arrest may enter the dwelling of the person sought for arrest to search for him, and may enter any other dwelling for the same purpose if there are strong indications that the accused has hidden there. The owner of the dwelling, or whoever is present therein, shall permit entry and provide all reasonable facilities for searching for the person sought for arrest. If there are veiled women in the dwelling, the rules prescribed in Article 86 concerning searches of dwellings shall be observed.
