English translation
Every police officer may stop any person and request particulars of his name and identity if this is necessary for the inquiries he is conducting. The police officer may ask the person to accompany him to the police station if he refuses to provide the requested particulars of his identity, provides incorrect particulars, or if there are serious indications that he has committed a felony or misdemeanour.

لكل شرطي ان يستوقف أي شخص ويطلب منه بيانات عن اسمه وشخصيته،
إذا كان ذلك لازما للتحريات التي يقوم بها . للشرطي ان يطلب من الشخص ان
يصحبه الى مركز الشرطة إذا رفض تقديم البيانات المطلوبة عن شخصيته أو إذا قدم
بيانات غير صحيحة، أو إذا كانت هناك قرائن جدية تدل على انه ارتكب جناية او
