English translation
The person carrying out the arrest may conduct a preliminary search of the arrested person to deprive him of weapons and anything he might use to resist or to harm himself or others, and may seize these objects and deliver them, together with the arrested person, to the person ordering the arrest. If, during this search, he incidentally finds objects connected with the crime or useful in its investigation, he must also seize them and deliver them to the person ordering the arrest. لمن يقوم بتنفيذ القبض ان يفتش المقبوض عليه مبدئيا لتجريده من الاسلحة وكل
ما يحتمل ان يستعمله في المقاومة او في ايذاء نفسه او غيره، وان يضبط هذه الاشياء
ويسلمها مع المقبوض عليه الى الامر بالقبض. وإذا عثر اثناء هذا التفتيش بصفة
عرضية على اشياء متعلقة بالجريمة او تفيد في تحقيقها، فعليه ان يضبطها ايضا وان
يسلمها الى الأمر بالقبض. وإذا كان المقبوض عليه امرأة، وجب ان تقوم بتفتيشها
امرأة.
