English translation
A police officer may, if he witnesses the commission of a felony or misdemeanour, or arrives at the scene of the incident while the offence is still in flagrante delicto, search the accused or his dwelling.

لرجل الشرطة، إذا شهد ارتكاب جناية أو جنحة ، او حضر الى محل الحادث والجريمة
