Article 147 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Judge may, upon the application of the trustee or the debtor, authorize the continued operation of the debtor’s business if the public interest, the debtor’s interest or the creditors’ interest so requires. The Bankruptcy Judge shall, upon the trustee’s application, appoint the person who will manage the debtor’s business and determine that person’s remuneration. The debtor itself may be appointed to manage, and the remuneration it receives shall be considered part of the maintenance allowance. The trustee shall supervise the person appointed to manage, and must submit a monthly report to the Bankruptcy Judge on the debtor’s commercial business. The Bankruptcy Judge may request the opinion of the Bankruptcy Committee on applications submitted pursuant to this Article, even if the indebtedness is not subject to the Committee’s supervision.
