English translation
If the debtor leases the property in which he conducts trade, the lease shall continue, and the rent for the remaining term until its expiry shall not become due upon issuance of a decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings. Any condition providing otherwise shall be void.

إذا كان المدين مستأجراً للعقار الذي يزاول فيه التجارة، يستمر عقد الإيجار ولا تحل
الأجرة عن المدة الباقية لانقضائه بصدور قرار بافتتاح إجراءات شهر الإفلاس،
