English translation
The trustee may, within sixty days from the date of issuance of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, decide to terminate the lease of the property in which the debtor conducts his trade, after obtaining permission from the Bankruptcy Judge. In this case, the trustee shall notify the property's lessor of this decision within the said period.

يجوز للأمين، خلال ستين يوماً من تاريخ صدور قرار افتتاح إجراءات شهر
الإفلاس، أن يقرر إنهاء إيجار العقار الذي يزاول فيه المدين تجارته، وذلك بعد
الحصول على إذن من قاضي الإفلاس، وعلى الأمين في هذه الحالة إخطار مؤجر
