English translation
Every meeting held by the Council at a time or place other than those prescribed for its meeting shall be void, and all decisions issued at that meeting shall be void by operation of law, together with the effects resulting from such nullity.

يكون باطلاً كل اجتماع يعقده المجلس في غير الزمان والمكان المقررين لاجتماعه،
وتبطل بقوة القانون جميع القرارات التي تصدر في هذا الاجتماع وبما يترتب على
