English translation
By a decision of the Supreme Judicial Council, one or more special circuits shall be established at the Court of First Instance, composed of three judges, with exclusive jurisdiction to hear offences committed in violation of the regulations issued by the Municipality. Judgments issued by this Law Index 273 Home Page Municipality Law Law No. 33 of 2016 concerning Kuwait Municipality circuit shall be appealed before the criminal circuit of the Court of Appeal.
