English translation
Within one year from the date of issuance of this Law, the executive apparatus shall take all measures necessary to update its system for preserving documents, files, correspondence, maps, and plans, using an electronic archiving system and the technical rules of automation. The Implementing Regulations shall specify the rules, procedures, and technical controls required for the system.

يلتزم الجهاز التنفيذي خلال سنة من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون باتخاذ كافة
الإجراءات اللازمة لتحديث نظام الحفظ لديه للوثائق والملفات والمكاتبات
والخرائط والمخططات باستخدام نظام الأرشيف الإلكتروني والقواعد الفنية
للميكنة.
