English translation
The President, Vice-President and members of the Municipal Council shall, upon termination of membership, be entitled to a monthly retirement pension in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. The preceding paragraph shall apply to former Presidents, Vice-Presidents and members of the Municipal Council, without payment of financial differences for the past.

يســتحق رئيــس ونائــب الرئيــس واعضــاء مجلــس البلــدي عنــد انتهــاء العضويــة معاشــا
تقاعديــا شــهريا وفقــا للأحــكام الــواردة في هــذا الفصــل.
ويسري حكــم الفقــرة الســابقة على رؤســاء ونــواب الرؤســاء واعضــاء المجلــس البلــدي
