Article 26 of Social Insurance Law

The gratuity shall be calculated at the rate of (10) of the last annual salary for each of the first five years of contributions, provided that the period is not less than one year, then at the rate of (12) for each of the following five years, then at the rate of (15) for each of the following five years, then at the rate of (20) for each year thereafter.
