English translation
The insured person may request that the period counted under the provisions of Part Five of this Law or under the provisions of any of the laws on retirement pensions and gratuities for military personnel be added to the period of participation in this insurance, in accordance with the conditions and rules issued by a decision of the Minister after approval by the Board of Directors. The decision shall determine the rules for assessing the reserve to be transferred to the fund provided for in Article (11) for the aforementioned periods.

يجوز للمؤمن عليه ان يطلب ضم المدة المحسوبة وفقا لأحكام الباب الخامس من
هذا القانون او وفقا لأحكام أي من قوانين معاشات ومكافآت التقاعد للعسكريين
الى مدة الاشتراك في هذا التأمين، وذلك وفقا للشروط والقواعد التي يصدر بها
قرار من الوزير بعد موافقة مجلس الادارة، ويحدد القرار قواعد تقدير الاحتياطي
